The Schwinn 230 Recumbent Bike from Zuba Sports and fitness features a 5.5” backlit LCD console that guides you through 16 levels of computer-controlled resistance and 13 workout programs. Follow your progress via fitness metrics and Goal Track workout statistics. It’s all available thanks to the 230’s Bluetooth® connectivity. Bluetooth also provides access to an optional heart rate monitoring strap and syncs you with world-class virtual cycling apps like Zwift and Explore the World (separate subscriptions required).
With adjustable handlebars, pedal straps, and seat, the 230 allows you to create your ideal ergonomic exercise environment – complete with easy-to-reach handgrip contact heart-rate monitors. A media shelf for your smart devices, USB charging station, and water bottle holder are likewise conveniently close at hand.
