The NÜOBELL 550 Adjustable Dumbbell Set - All Black, lets you select your desired lifting weight - between five and 50 LB – with a few quick twists of its exquisitely knurled handle. Then you can instantly lift the correct combination of its two 2.5 LB and seven 5 LB steel weight plates.

Innovative

While the NÜOBELL rests in its cradle, two pins release its twisting mechanism. Twist the handle in the (+) direction and a strong central rod moves outward to pick up an extra plate. Twist in the (-) direction and leave a plate behind.

Real Dumbbell Feel

The NÜOBELL is designed to deliver the advantages of an adjustable dumbbell with the feel of a traditional dumbbell. That starts with its shape. Its weight plates are rounded, and because they are added on or subtracted from the outside, there are no gaps between them. You get the solid feel of a regular dumbbell. 

Even better, you wont have a bar poking out of either end. That’s because the center rod stops flush with your outermost plates, allowing you to comfortably rest the dumbbell on your leg between sets.  Finally, the NÜOBELL’s handle is knurled – a rarity amongst adjustable dumbbells - providing a reliable grip when you’re sweating out those heavier lifts. This handle is open for you to reach from any angle, just like the handle of a traditional dumbbell. 

Safe

The NÜOBELL is designed to assure every rep is a safe one. Each NÜOBELL plate is machined to interlock tightly with its neighbor at top and bottom. That helps the center pin hold them rigidly in place. You needn’t worry about the adjustment handle activating and dropping plates. It can only be activated on its cradle, which features two pins that enter two corresponding holes on the dumbbell. Without that, the twisting mechanism cannot be released.

The NÜOBELL 550 saves you space and money as well as time. With a total length of only 16” and a diameter of just over 7”, one pair of 550's replaces 10 pair of traditional dumbbells. They’re also an outstanding value when their price and convenience are compared to those of competitors. 

Expandability

When you’re ready to move up, there’s no need to buy a whole new dumbbell. The optional NÜOBELL Expansion kit allows you to add 30 LB to your lift weight – matching the capacity of the 550’s bigger brother, the NÜOBELL 580.
